Matrix Jam is led by George and you, all jazz musicians wannabe or passionate pple, are invited to Blu Jaz Lounge (2nd Flr) from 8:30pm for a jamming session. Fun to do cos the usual gang is great and very talented, this is the monthly of March you don’t want to miss.

Greg Lyons’ Quartet is on with their usual great snazzy melodious outfits, promising an aural heave. 9:30pm @ Cafe

Mutant Dub takes centrestage @ Blu Jaz Lounge from 9pm onwards with their bi-monthly event. This time they have gone off kilter and are bringing to you a debut live set from their very own homegrown Izaak Stern! If you like Dilla, Flying Lotus, Prefuse 73, DO NOT MISS THIS!

Sat 14th March

Ayaschool – craaaaaazzzyyyy Aya (and we LOVE her) and gang continues to get our butts of our chairs for some great boogie to her brand of jazz – mixed with some funky rhythms – she always throws in a surprise or two. 9:30pm @ Cafe

44Beatz return this month with a cool start of Clark’s selection of Acid Jazz, before easing into some nice Tech House, building things up a little and handing the controls over to his partner in crime for the night Reiki. From there on in things should really heat up as Reiki primes the floor with Fidget House and Electro – 9pm @ Lounge (2nd Flr)
